They don’t tell you how easy it is to destroy a life,

to make someone’s nerves pulsate or cause a

shiver sliver down their spine.

One

Dreadful

Offhanded

Comment.

One

Little

White

Lie.

And everything comes crashing down,

down the tarnished drain of your past, and

you wonder if you really did the right thing.

When

All

Words

Fail

Actions

Speak

High

Volumes.

But is that enough to save something already

on the brink of tears, threatening to take its

last breath, something that isn’t even worth fighting for?

Love

Doesn’t

Always

Last

Trust

Isn’t

Always

Certain.

Who are we to decide when it is time for the end of

something, especially when it comes to a life, so why doesn’t

anyone reveal to us that yes, it is easy to destroy a life but also to enlighten one as well.
